WVGS has been training children to be the best they can be for over 39 years. Our recreational program is designed to work with all athletes. From beginners to future olympians, this program will surely inspire your child!
The recreational athlete will be trained on strength, flexibility, form, technique and conditioning while being in a safe and fun atmosphere. Our coaches have been trained and certified by USAG to provide the best experience for any athlete that steps out on our floors!
A 60-minute lesson where your girl will be immersed in the wonderful sports of gymnastics. This level will introduce the basics, events, and fundamentals of the sport. In addition, our coaches encourage the girls to pursue greatness and develop athlete drive.
Being one of our more intense 60-minute classes, Intermediate Girls 1 takes the Team Gymnastics mentality and makes it into a fun, but challenging, experience for athletes. Classes will include difficult skills for all events, as well as an introduction to Advance tumbling skills. Strength and Flexibility will be pushed, and skill retention will be needed!
These extreme athletes will condition and train for in intense 60 minutes! Each lesson will be different from the last, making these girls a force to be reckoned with! The skills at every event will be polished to mastery, and new skills will be introduced to keep them on their toes. Any challenge for these Super Girls will pale in comparison to what they will endure in our Advance Girls Program!
Our 60-minute class uses the energy that young boys have and turns it into skill focus mastery! Unlike most sports, our Beginning boys program embraces the inherent nature of athletes and challenges them to master consistently new skills and movements in a fun and organized class.
Our most advanced Tumbling class meets for an intense 60 minute. Each class, students will be challenged to become the Best Tumbler they can be; by pushing their physical and mental limits. Coaches encourage these athletes to soar high, as flips, twist and tumbling becomes second nature to them!

Tricksters is a fusion between Parkour Free Running and Tricking. Tricking is a training discipline that combines kicks with flips, twists from gymnastics as well as many dance moves and styles from breakdancing. Pairing it with the explosively fun art of Free Running, made popular by American Ninja Warrior, Our Tricksters program will certainly excite and wow you!
