New to WVGS, Adult Gym Fit is for gymnastics enthusiast who are looking to work up a sweat and learn the fundamentals of gymnastics.  The Program incorporates HIIT Training, Strength and Bodyweight Conditioning, and focuses on improving motion and flexibility using classic gymnastic methods.

Gym Hiit is a bodyweight, Plyometric and Barbell Strength 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
