New to WVGS, Adult Gym Fit is for gymnastics enthusiast who are looking to work up a sweat and learn the fundamentals of gymnastics. The Program incorporates HIIT Training, Strength and Bodyweight Conditioning, and focuses on improving motion and flexibility using classic gymnastic methods.
